1976 Cessna 172 with ~1600tt. Dual NavCom, Altitude encoding transponder,
timers, wing leveler (auto-pilot), dual localizer, single glide slope (but
two full loc/gs VOR heads).
Tiedown is in slot 17 (I think) of the SW shelters at SJC.
The currents rates are: $7.00 h/dry tach, plus monthy fixed costs ~$60
($30 - insurance, $30 - tiedown). Taxes are assesed when due. Any
repairs that cannot be coverred by the $7.00/h are split at the end of
the month (Doesn't happen very often)
This plane is kept in perfect condition, even the mechanics that work on
it (100h and annual) express envy! We do the 100 inspection even though
it isn't needed - makes for a very reliable plane were EVERYTHING works.
One partner is an engineer at Lockheed, has his CFI and is a mountain
safety instructer for AOPA. The other partner is an EE at a small firm
somewere down there.
I Had to move out of the area 6 months ago, hence the sale. I am asking
