Our organization has been tasked with 24 hour survielance
of the LA area with fighters on 15 minute alert.
if you are planning a flight through the LA area and
deviate into the free fire zone (Olympic areas) you
will not only deal with the scrambled fighters but also
with fighters on CAP if they are up.  Priorities are
south, north, west then east.  Escort service is provided
if the target proves friendly and ICAO rules will apply.
