I'm in the process of getting (re)started in radio controlled airplanes. I'm looking for an explanation of what to watch out for in the way of frequency interference. I know it is quite possible for someone to be flying on freq. A, and have someone else on freq. B shoot him down. What I'd like to know is what causes this (in layman's terms) and which frequencies have such conflicts. Also, how are the problems compounded when more than two radios are involved? I have seen problems at our field where three different frequencies are being used, in which one person is getting lots of glitches. If only two of the planes are flying, everything is fine. The radio I have on order is on one of the new channels specifically for flying. The channel number is 54. (Sorry, don't know exact freq.) Anything I should know about this specific frequency? Any help in this area is greatly appreciated. Scott Wiesner ..allegra!nbires!scott ..ucbvax!nbires!scott
