[net.aviation] Modifying a Starset to be a headset

I have a much hacked StarSet (telephone headset for operators)
that I would like to convert to an aviation headset if at all
possible. Would someone out there care to give me a few hints
as to what wires should go where and what types of jacks and
switch should be included? Thanks much, in advance.
